When will my order be shipped?

We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. All products are made-to-order. Please allow our team 2-4 business days to create, pack and ship out your order from the date of placement.

How fast will I get my order?

We offer different shipping speeds upon checkout that contain estimates of when your order is expected to arrive to you. Refer to our Shipping + Delivery page for shipping options. Please note that once an item is shipped and in the carrier’s possession you may begin tracking your package and can contact the carrier directly with any concerns.

What is POP Tees return policy?

We currently only accept returns of unworn, unwashed clothing with tags still attached. Please email us to begin your return. In order to keep our every day costs low, customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. We do not collect any money from shipping costs, the amount goes directly to our shipping partners. Custom products, mystery boxes and final sale items are not-returnable.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

We currently do not offer exchanges on sizes. Please use the size chart to find out what size you will need based on your measurements.
